FAQ

  • What is your returns policy?
    You have 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition. Items must have all tags attached. Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed. Shoes must be tried on indoors. Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods. Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
  • How do I return my items?
    You will need to pay for your return. You can find out the postage price at your local post office, DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes or DHL websites. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed. You will have 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Once the item has been received in acceptable condition stated in our return policy you will be refunded the postage cost. The last is not applicable for international customers who will not be reimbursed for the postage. Steps to follow: Repack your items carefully. Clearly state our return address and your address on the back of the package. Go to your local post office or use home service courier provider Once you have processed your return email us your reference number with prove of postage. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You will get an email once we receive your returned item.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    A typical refund will take up to 28 days: 14 days to be returned and processed, with up to 14 days for it to make its way through the banking system. If you are using Royal Mail, Hermes or Collect+ the tracking will show it delivered to our nearest distribution centre. If you have paid for your order with a gift voucher, this will be credited back to your NO-G account. Please note that the gift voucher or store credit amount will be refunded first on all returned orders where a gift voucher or store credit has been used. We will email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and, wherever possible, sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy. If you've waited more than 28 days with no email from us, please get in touch by going to the contact us menu.
  • Can I exchange instead of a refund
    Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items. Please, refer to our terms and conditions
  • Returns exemptions
    We cannot offer refunds on on swimwear or undrwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened, these items can no longer be returned. It can take up to 28 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
  • Do you refund the delivery charge?
    We will refund your delivery charge if you return all of the items from the order and cancel your contract with us within 14 days for orders in UK only. You can cancel your order by contacting us. If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery. We don't refund delivery charge for those countries listed outside of the UK.
  • I don't have the original packaging, can I return it?"
    Just pop your items in no see-through, sealable & waterproof packaging.
  • Can I return more that one item or order.
    You can return more than one item at the same packaging only if from the same clothing line. Please, keep your orders separate.
  • Can I cancel or edit my order?
    You can cancel an order in the first 8 hours of placing your order directly by contacting us. However, if you decide to cancel an order after the order is processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. Please note: we can honor cancelations only if we are notified by you before the order is processed. To cancel an order directly on NO-G before you process the order, click Cancel Order.
